The Wegweiser-Group includes the Wegweiser GmbH Berlin Research & Strategy for scientific projects and studies as well as the Wegweiser Media & Conferences GmbH Berlin for congresses, marketing and media products. In close cooperation with our Research & Strategy division, the Media & Conferences division brings together leading experts from politics, business and science on important topics in a strategic mix of conference, exhibition, publication and study. This helps us to look at the numerous future tasks of our society from a broader perspective.
Media
How do we solve current and future problems even better and more efficiently? What are the big topics of tomorrow and the day after tomorrow? Which approaches are appropriate, which partners are the most important ones? The various media of Wegweiser get to the heart of it. Whether printed or online, our publications not only serve as a reliable scientific companion, but are also a useful aid in everyday life.
From procurement and public security to the transformation of state and administration: while in the past our focus was on yearbooks or business guides, in the course of our in-house digitization strategy we focused on new online media alongside annual publications accompanying congresses.
Conferences
More than 20 years of experience make Wegweiser a leading organiser of national and international conferences. This success is based on a special approach to content conception and creation as well as on many years of reliable cooperation with strong partners such as the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Homeland, the Federation of German Industries (BDI), the dbb and the Organising Committee of the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
We take up topics and markets that are essential for the future of Germany as a business location and try to ask (and answer) questions that go far beyond the usual perspectives in our communication world, which is often limited to the number of Twitter characters. In this way, we succeed in translating the most important questions of our society into an objective discourse, so that politics can be given guidance at the same time. While doing so, we try to skip the boundaries of typical Berlin lobbyism and, above all, to include practice and reality in the dialogue.
